Dubai Sets New Record with $77M Bulgari Lighthouse Penthouse Sales

Dubai’s ultra-luxury real estate market has reached new heights with the sale of the final two penthouses at the Bulgari Lighthouse on Jumeirah Bay Island, totaling over AED 282 million ($77 million). Brokered by Driven | Forbes Global Properties, the transactions reinforce Dubai’s growing reputation as one of the world’s most resilient ultra-prime property markets.

The two penthouses, measuring up to 11,657 sq ft, sold for AED 146.6M ($40M) and AED 136.25M ($38M)respectively—among the highest apartment sales in the city this year.

Designed by Italian architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, Bulgari Lighthouse blends resort-style luxury with exclusive urban living. Each residence features private infinity pools, double-height living spaces, and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Downtown Dubai. Residents also enjoy full access to Bulgari Resort-level services, including private chefs, concierge experiences, and curated events.

The record-breaking deals were closed by Lina Allaoa and Kianoush Darban, founders of The Private Collection, who are known for setting multiple price records on the island.
